1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Sale items may have a different return policy (noted on the product page).

2. How to Return

  1. Email support@vetementsecstasy.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm the return process.
  3. Send the item to the address provided.
  4. After inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the defect is on our end).

4. Exchanges Size or color exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items (if specified)
  • Items used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
